Always front and center: Experience - customers - employees
Dr. Uwe Meyer acquired what was formerly PVR GmbH with little capital in 2002. After the company was renamed g.on experience gmbh, Carsten Schmidt took over in 2003. The new/old team has a prominent asset: A generous portion of know-how and experience.
Obviously, the company's name was no coincidence. Today, g.on boasts a firm financial basis, and the wealth of experience that already existed in the beginning has multiplied. Both in terms of the specialist contents of the projects we handle and project execution. Of course, the growing number of employees has also contributed to our broad base of experience.
Rapid growth has never been the company’s goal, especially not as far as the staff goes. That is why the current workforce of 30 employees is able to spend their working hours in a family-like atmosphere in modern, spacious offices. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths permit us to fully concentrate on our customers. We keep red tape to a minimum and enjoyment of our work to a maximum.
